Terms of Service

Effective date: 17 May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Unjumble, operated by Bryder Holdings Limited, a New Zealand registered company (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using Unjumble, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unjumble is an AI-powered productivity tool that helps you identify your top priorities from a brain dump of tasks and thoughts. The Service is currently in pre-launch and access is limited to waitlist members. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Unjumble. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@unjumble.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service at a scale that disrupts others
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Unjumble (your brain dumps and other inputs). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Unjumble name, logo, product design, and underlying software are owned by Bryder Holdings Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Pricing & Payments

Unjumble offers a free tier and paid plans. Pricing details will be made available at launch. Founding members who join the waitlist early will have access to promotional pricing as described at sign-up.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Unjumble uses AI to generate priority suggestions. These are suggestions only — not professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bryder Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NZD $100 if you have not paid us anything.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
