Privacy Policy

Effective date: 17 May 2026

Unjumble (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by Bryder Holdings Limited, a New Zealand registered company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Unjumble app and website (the “Service”). Please read it carefully.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you sign up for early access or create an account, we collect your email address. When you use the brain dump feature, we store the text you enter so you can review past entries.

Usage data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service — such as pages visited, features used, and time spent — to help us improve the product.

Device information: We may collect basic device and browser information (browser type, operating system, IP address) for security and analytics purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and improve the Unjumble Service
  • To send you product updates and launch notifications (only what you signed up for)
  • To respond to your questions and support requests
  • To monitor for and protect against fraud and abuse
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your brain dump content to train AI models. Your thoughts are yours.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States (via Vercel and associated cloud infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Unjumble:

  • Formspree — to process waitlist email sign-ups
  • Vercel — for hosting and infrastructure
  • Vercel Analytics — for anonymous usage analytics
  • Anthropic — to power the AI prioritisation feature

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service working properly. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how people use Unjumble. You can control cookie behaviour through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@unjumble.app.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

9. Children's Privacy

Unjumble is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us and we will promptly delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top and, where the changes are significant, notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
